Quezaltepeque - Aguila 94-83

Quezaltepeque outrebounded Aguila 52-36 including a 41-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The winners were led by Cuban forward Yoel Cubillas (204-1994) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 27 points, 24 rebounds and 6 assists and American center Marc Montavious (206-1990, college: Georgetown, KY) supported him with 23 points and 13 rebounds. Even 15 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals by American point guard Marquise Mosley (175-1997, college: Biola, CA) did not help to save the game for Aguila. His fellow American import forward Brenden Van Dyke (203-1998, college: Emporia St.) added 10 points and 12 rebounds for lost side. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Christopher Blake (195-1988, college: Detroit) who helped to win the game recording 32 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists and the other American import Cameron Lard (206-1997, college: Iowa St.) who added 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest.
